The training workshop "Shaolin Chan Chi Jian Applications and Chi Na in Everyday Life ", under EPOS Act " Acquaintance with the Shaolin Arts and culture ", was successfully completed in the town of Lagadas, on Saturday, April 20, 2013. The workshop is implemented by the Greek Shaolin Cultural Organization in cooperation with the Greek Shaolin Federation.
This workshop is the first of a total of four [4 ] to be held in 2013. In this training workshop there were presented and analyzed, Shaolin Chan Chi Jian and combat applications [Chin.: Róudào 柔道] and Chi Na applications : Muscle Separation [Chin.: fēnjīn 分 筋], Grabs [Chin.: zhuājīn 抓 筋], Bone Dislocations [Chin.: cuògǔ 错 骨], Points Usage [Chin.: diǎnmài 点 脉] and the participants' experience of the workshop so far.

Application of Chi Na in everyday situations
Participating Teachers: Katakalaios Dimitris, Spyropoulos Christos, Kostis Nikolaos, Kokkalas Lambros and Kapatsoulias Panagiotis. The general supervision of the educational workshop was held by the General Director of the Greek Shaolin Cultural Organization Master Shi Yan Zhuo [Chin.: shì yán zhuō 释延卓].
