xThe Greek Shaolin Cultural Organization welcomed the proposal of the Alpha 96.5 radio station in Thessaloniki for an interview and a presentation to the audience about Shaolin culture and arts, during the show "Evening Acrobatics" with Lazopoulos Dimitrios and Theodoros Marandidis. The editing was undertaken by the head of the Northern Greece headquarters, Mr. Vassilopoulos Ioannis, of the Shaolin Cultural Center "True Path".

They talked a lot about Shaolin history and culture in a very friendly and full of real interest environment. It was first clarified that Shaolin Kung Fu is one of Shaolin treasures, that Kung Fu has been misinterpreted as a sterile self-defense, and that in fact it is a sophisticated and complete self-cultivation system.

It has been reported that engaging in these arts has no limitations and that anyone regardless of age and body type, can begin his engagement with Shaolin Kung Fu. It also became clear that there is no limitation on the beliefs of the practitioner as well as on his body and age. That Shaolin Kung Fu is a never-ending search and self-cultivation journey, a way of life rather than a martial arts system.

The hosts then asked for more information about Shaolin soft arts, such as Qi Gong and Shaolin Rou Quan, which is the forerunner of the scientifically-acclaimed and widespread Taiji.

The show was very pleasant and fast, and the hosts warmly greeted the Greek Shaolin Cultural Organization, informing the public about its clubs. A more extensive tribute was called for, to explore in greater depth the Shaolin ancient arts, that are more compelling than ever in the modern day.
