Male and female students of the two Shaolin cultural institutions in Amaliada and Pyrgos, enjoyed a training weekend on Saturday, October 31 and Sunday, November 1, 2015, by Master Stavridis Jordan - Shi Yan Zhuo [chin .: shì yán zhuō 释 延 卓], founder and director of the Hellenic Shaolin Cultural Center [EPOS] and Masters, Kokkala Lambro - Shi Heng Ling [chin .: shìhénglíng 释 恒 灵] founder and director of the Nea Smyrni Shaolin Cultural Center, Stavridou Alexandra - Shi Miao Yuan [chin .: shìmiàoyuán 释 妙 缘] and Antari Constantina - Shi Miao Lian [chin .: shìmiàolián 释 妙 连] of O.A.S.K.F. Aristomachos, who accompanied him.

Saturday was distributed equally to students of all levels and ages who had the opportunity to deepen and understand the techniques of the skills that Masters Kapatsoulias Panagiotis and Theodore Altanis have taught them.

Senior students of the Cultural Centers, under the supervision of Sifu Shi Miao Yuan and Shi Miao Lian practiced in various Shaolin skills, such as the style "Fist of the small flow" - Xiao Hong Quan [chin: xiǎohóngquán 小 洪拳], style "Chain Fist" - Lian Huan Quan [chin .: liánhuánquán 连环 拳], the style "Fist of the 5 Techniques" - Wu Bu Quan [chin .: wǔbùquán 五步 拳], the style "Fist of the Six Directions" - Liu He Quan [chin .: liùhéquán 六合 把 法], «Broad Shaolin Sword" - Shaolin Dan Dao [chin .: Shàolín dāndāo 少林 单刀], «Staff of the Hidden Hand" - Yin Shou Gun [chin .: Shàolín Yīnshǒugùn 少林 阴 手 棍] etc.

Sunday morning was devoted solely to the holders of the 2nd Duan Wei Basic Level and the senior students of the Centers. Advanced male and female Students studied with Master Shi Yan Zhuo, advanced skills such as "Sword of the Plum Blossom" - Shaolin Mei Hua Dao [chin .: Shàolín méihuādāo 少林 梅花 刀], «Fist of the 7 stars" - Qi Xing Quan [chin .: Qīxíngquán 七星 拳] etc. which then applied with the masters of O.A.S.K.F. Aristomachos. Master Shi Heng Ling spent time creatively with the graduating students of Ilia, teaching unarmed skills "Shaolin Chan Qi Jian" [chin .: Shàolín chǎnqìjiàn 少林 产 气 健] and Applications - Qin Dao [chin .: qíndào 擒 道] .

In the afternoon the excited male and female students, after these very constructive two days, said goodbye to the Masters, renewing their appointment, for the near future.
