It was completed on the afternoon of Sunday, July 26, 2022, at the Club of K.S. Foinikas, of Pyrgos, the Shaolin Rou Quan training day for the Instructors of the Shaolin Centers of Pyrgos and Amaliada. The purpose of the seminar was to complete the teaching of the Shaolin Rou Quan skill, "Flying White Crane", Bai Ho Fei Quan [Chinese: Báihè fēi quán 白鶴飛拳], with the explanation of advanced techniques, by Master Shi Yan Zhuo [Chin.: shì yán zhuō 释延卓], Founder and Director of EPOS and his assistant, Teacher Stavridou Alexandra of K.S. Artemis "Aristomachos".

In the workshop, Advanced Qi Gong of the fundamentals of Shaolin Rou Quan [Chinese: Gāojí shàolín róu quán qìgōng jīchǔ 少少林柔拳气功电影] were taught and the Bai Ho Fei Quan Skill was kinematically exercised, with an emphasis on the kinematic importance of the Standing Crane techniques. – Su Ho Quan [Chinese: sù hè quán 宿鶴拳], of the Frightening Crane - Ming Ho Quan [Chinese: míng hè quán鳴鶴拳], of the Crane that Eats – Shi Ho Quan [Chinese: shí hè quán 食鹤拳], of the Moving Crane [Chinese: zòng hè quán 縱鶴拳], which are also the basic principles of this Style. Attended by Kaptsoulias Panagiotis of of the Shaolin Pyrgos Foinikas Club, Stavrakos Marios of the Shaolin Amaliada Club, the Instructor Liaropoulou Theodora and the Trainer Malevitis Dimitrios.

The crane shows an animal without much strength and vulnerable. However, when necessary, it can defend itself very effectively. A crane that defends itself relies on only three things: the ability to jump, the strength of its wings and its beak. The creation of this very rare style of Shaolin Rou Quan was based on these 3 pillars. Master Yan Zhuo stated, shortly after the end of the conference.
