It was completed on the afternoon of Sunday, July 3, 2022, at the Club of K.S. Wind, in Ilioupoli, the Shaolin Luohan Quan training day that was implemented by the Greek Shaolin Cultural Organization and concerned exclusively the Instructors of the Centers as well as the advanced Students. The purpose of the seminar was the upgraded competitive version of the Shaolin Luóhan Quan skill, "Protection of Life", Shàolín luóhàn hù shēn shíbā shǒu 少林罗汉把身十八手], known internationally as Tong Bi Quan [Chinese: Shàolín tōng bì quán 少林通臂拳], by Master Shi Yan Zhuo [Chinese: shì yán zhuō 释延卓] Founder and Director of EPOS and his assistant Teacher Stavridou Alexandra of K.S. Artemis "Aristomachos".

The seminar was attended by Kokkalas Lambros of K.S. Shaolin Heavenly Dragon, Andrew Banner by "WHITE LOTUS", Delis Giorgos of K.S. "WHITE HORSE", Katakalaios Dimitris, Antonio Efi of K.S. Wind and the Graduate Students Doumoura Zenovia and Nikoleta Katakalaiou.

It is very important to harmonize the Traditional Styles, based on the competition criteria, as provided by the World, European and also the Greek Wushu - Kung Fu Federation, if we want to have a future and a positive development in what EPOS stands for. We continue to Learn but also to Teach as responsibly as we can, without of course forgetting the traditions and teaching of the Shaolin Culture. There are excellent young Teachers with passion, will and desire for knowledge and on them we will support the progress, preservation and proper propagation of the Authentic Arts of Shaolin.
