On Sunday September 11, 2016, the first Assembly of the new Academic Year was held at the Club of "Red Phoenix" Shaolin Cultural Center in Lykovrysi, with the presence of all the Qualified Masters of the Greek Shaolin Cultural Organization. The meeting began with a brief report on the successes, partnerships and generally for the work of EPOS and the administration during the academic year 2015- 2016, by the General Director of the Greek Shaolin Cultural Organization, Mr. Stavridis Jordan.

Then followed a discussion on the project completion and the end of the cooperation between EPOS and Laoshi George Tsimpinoudakis.

Master Yan Zhuo, and all EPOS masters, expressed their gratitude to Laoshi Tsimpinoudakis George, who with persistence and tireless effort, made many positive steps in the development of the objectives of the Greek Shaolin Cultural Organization and they wish him good luck in his plans and his long-term efforts in the promotion and development of wushu.

Within the agenda of the meeting was the introduction of new members in the Greek Shaolin Federation and their cooperation with EPOS. It is the club The Source of the Young Forest of New Heraklion and masters Kitsonis Dimitris and Tselepis Andrew, who, after their meeting in China with the EPOS mission last July, began a series of meetings and discussions with Masters Yan Zhuo and Yan Kong and other EPOS members, that have led to the cooperation with EPOS and the request to become members in the Greek Shaolin Federation.

The positive response of the Greek Shaolin Federation and the integration of a new member, pleased everyone, giving a clear picture, that Shaolin in Greece is a family. A request that was made by Venerable Shi Yong Xin, to master Shi Yan Zhuo, in September 2011, at the meeting of the European Shaolin Federation in Rome.

Today we have the pleasure to welcome to the Greek family of Shaolin, two new masters with vision and true love for Shaolin. Said General Director of the Athens Shaolin Cultural Center, Master Katakalaios Dimitris - Yan Kong.

At the meeting were also discussed, after questions by some masters, various procedural and operational issues, the common course of EPOS teaching staff, with emphasis on strengthening the educational pillar and Training program and the assembly completed with the blessing of Master Yan Zhuo, for a Creative new year with continued upward trend and strengthening of the Shaolin family in our country and around the world.
