As every year, this year as well, the established regular annual meeting of teaching staff of the Greek Shaolin Cultural Center took place on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, online. The remote meeting started with the general director of the Greek Shaolin Cultural Organization, Mr. Stavridis Iordanis, making a brief report on the work of EPOKES and the administration during the Academic year 2022-2023, to all the teachers present, who had the opportunity to speak in turn about the start of this year which seems to be starting once again, very dynamically.

The agenda of the meeting included the following topics:

- Goals and emphases for the 2023-2024 school year
- Redefining the program of the Unions
- Improving learning outcomes
- Use of modern teaching approaches in teaching
- Procedural, operational and fiscal issues of associational interest
- Implementation of what the statutory regulations provide for further facilitating the work of the EPOS teaching staff
- Annual planning for participation in festivals, demonstrations & events of cultural interest
- Discussion and exchange of views on issues of good teaching.

The meeting ended with the wishes of the founder and director of EPOKES, Mr. Stavridis, to everyone, who stated, among other things:

The work of EPOKES includes the teaching, education and training of our Students. The planning, organization and offering of quality education that is based on modern educational concepts, is the Assurance of the Teaching Quality of EPOKES Member Associations and the certified Trainers who staff them. I wish that this year will offer meaningful learning opportunities to all our Association Members and all-round development in all areas, offering them an additional resource for their future.
