This Saturday, September 26, 2015 was held the first Official Evaluation - Certification, of Shaolin Rou Quan Masters, from EPOS, in the Club of the KE.PO.SA. "RED PHOENIX" Association at Lykovrysi. After the formal operation of EPOS, the date of the evaluation - certification of masters in the category of Shaolin soft arts, Rou Quan Gong Fa [Chin .: Shàolín róuquán gōngfǎ 少林 柔拳 功法], from the Shaolin Chan Qi Jian style [Chin .: Shàolín chǎnqìjiàn 少林 产气健] , was announced in May 2015.

The associations that go together with EPOS, could register their male and female students who had completed the prerequisite criteria. That is, at least 3 consecutive years of study, participation in the EPOS meetings about the Chinese Traditional Medicine, personal Rou Quan presentation in at least two Greek Festivals , active participation in teaching and recommendation by the Master of their Association.

EPOS Associations, that registered on time, were the KEPOS Amaliadas, the KE.PO.SA. "RED PHOENIX" and OASKF Aristomachos.

Male and female students were assessed in unarmed skills [Chin .: lù 路], skill with straight sword Jian [Chin .: jiàn 剑], Qi Gong techniques[Chin .: qìgōng 气功], fighting ability and skill [Chin . : Wǔ shēn shǒu 武身手], Application-Usage [Chin .: yùnyòng 运用] and historical data. The committee consisted of masters Kostopoulos Ioannis - Shi Heng Ya [Chin .: shìhéngyá 释恒雅], a graduate of the Luoyang National People's Academy of Wushu, Department of Shaolin Martial Arts with Certification Number: 20051017 and special board evaluation commitee certification and Katakalaios Dimitris - Shi Yan Kong [Chin .: shì yán kōng 释延空], General Director of the Athens Shaolin Cultural Center. The overall supervision was held by EPOS General Director Stavridis Jordan - Shi Yan Zhuo [Chin .: shì yán zhuō 释延卓], official representative of the Shaolin Culture in Greece and heir of "Martial Arts of the Traditional Orthodox School of Shaolin "[Chin .: Shàolín chuántǒng zhèngzōng wǔgōng 少林 传统 正宗 武功].

The evaluation began at 10am upon arrival of the examinees and ended at 3 pm. All participants were highly qualified in all areas, overcome evaluation stress using their own technique, and managed to overcome one by one all the tests.

Master Shi Yan Zhuo said that this is the first Masters certification in Shaolin Rou Quan in Greece by an official authority, as the previous one which was held in 2002, required subsequent certification by a Chinese authority, institution, etc. He also stressed that the evaluation marks a new cycle , a new series of promising masters, who hopes to continue his work and the work of masters before him. He wished them a good start and success in spreading the ancient art of Shaolin.

Upon completion of the evaluation process, the following who were successful can now proudly carry the title of Sifu, in the 1st Level of Shaolin Rou Quan Gong Fa and are included officially in the EPOS Teaching staff :
