The first online training of EPOS was successfully held on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th February 2021. The training was presented by instructor Alexandra Stavridou of OASKF. "ARISTOMACHOS" under the constant guidance and supervision of the head Master of the Greek Shaolin Cultural Organization [EPOS], Stavridis Iordanis [Shi Yan Zhuo] and was intended for masters and assistant instructors of the center's member associations.
We have to adapt to new situations, when they are imposed due to circumstances, especially those that we experience with the advent of Covid-19 in our lives! This period is difficult and the work of the trainers is even more difficult, as it requires effort and patience from everyone, so that we can cope unharmed from the pandemic and continue to spread and practice Culture Shaolin , which we all love. For this reason, EPOS hosted an online training for the first time. Change always involves a difficulty and puzzlement how to deal with it, but our task is to be able to adapt in time to these changes and to continue. Said Mr. Stavridis Iordanis.
