In the context of stimulating fair play and resurgence in the athletic ideal, Metropolis fm, the leading station in sports, invited the Greek Shaolin Cultural Organization on Saturday, May 20th at 4:00 pm to the show of Konstantinidis Konstantinou , with the aim of informing them and how they can have an impact on the improvement of modern society.

The event was organised by the Director of Northern Greece Shaolin Office Mr. Vasilopoulos Ioannis, of the Thessaloniki Shaolin Cultural Center "True Path", who was assisted by Student Mavridou Sophia.

In a very friendly and full of real interest environment, they discussed about Shaolin's history and culture. It was clarified that Shaolin Kung Fu is one of Shaolin's treasures and that Kung Fu has been misinterpreted as a sterile self-defense, while in essence it is a sophisticated and complete self-cultivation system.

It has been reported that dealing with these arts has no limitations and that anyone of any age and body type can begin his engagement with Shaolin Kung Fu. Emphasis was placed on the respect of the Masters and the genealogy in general, and that there is no limitation on the beliefs of the trainee.

It is important to note that the hosts also asked about Shaolin's soft arts such as Qi Gong and Shaolin Rou Quan, which is the forerunner of the scientifically-acclaimed and widespread Tai Ji.

The issue of trainee nutrition, the time it takes to make progress, and the incentives that motivate everyone to engage in Shaolin's arts was also noticed.

The hosts warmly thanked the Greek Shaolin Cultural Organization and informed the public about its affiliated clubs. The appeal and interest was quite large and the broadcaster asked for a another visit to discuss other issues related to Shaolin's arts.
