The training workshop "Shaolin Kung Fu Middle Level Training" [chin .: Shǎolínwǔgōng zhōngjí péixùn 少林 武功 中级 培训], was successfully completed in the beautiful forest of Alexander the Great in Lagadas, on Saturday, November 21, 2015 in the context of another Act that EPOS implemented in collaboration with the Athens Shaolin Cultural Center and the Greek Shaolin Federation.

At 9 am, in the dense fog that was coming from Lake Koronia, the male and female students were divided into groups, according to their level and their skills, whereas EPOS masters supervised and shared experiences and knowledge with them. The ideal weather conditions with light frost and intense humidity, highlighted the Qi Gong exercises as very important, not only for the adults but also for children. The fatigue from the long trip, vanished giving its place to enthusiasm and appetite for a four hours flow of skills. In this workshop for the first time took part the newly established group of Rou Quan from Thessaloniki, whose male and female students had the opportunity to meet not only the Masters of EPOS but also the richness of the Shaolin arts.

The participants who came from various Associations of the Greek Shaolin Federation, were taught and analyzed Wu Bu Quan [chin .: wǔbùquán 五步 拳], Lian Huan Quan [chin .: liánhuánquán 连环 拳], Qi Xing Quan [chin: qīxīngquán七 星 拳], Broad Sword [chin .: dāndāo 单刀], Shaolin Ba Duan Jin [chin .: Shàolín bāduànjǐn 少林 八段 锦], Liu He Quan [chin .: liùhéquán |六合 拳], energy cultivation [chin .: qìgōng 气功], Shaolin Rou Quan [chin: Shàolín róu quán 少林 柔 拳] etc.

The general supervision of the training workshop was held by Master Stavridis Jordan - Shi Yan Zhuo [chin .: shì yán zhuō 释 延 卓], founder and director of EPOS and Master Shi Yan Kong [chin .: shì yán kōng 释 延 空], founder and director of the Athens Shaolin Cultural Center.

Companions and helpers in this effort were all the EPOS Masters who, with undiminished interest, contributed in order all young and old to experience the warmth of this great family called Greek Shaolin, confirming that its arts are addressed to every age, body type and beliefs and that everyone without exception can experience the beneficial effects of these arts.
