The Shaolin Europe Association Board of Directors meeting was completed on Sunday noon, October 13, 2014. President of the Board was the Venerable Shi Yongxin, Abbot of Shaolin Temple, Vice President Master Shi Yong Chuan [Chin .: shì yǒngchuán zhùchí 释 永 传 住持] and General Secretary Dr. Ding Ding.



The main issue of the agenda was the update on the Association progress, the financial review, the amendment of the articles of the founding statute, the incorporation of new members, the check of their applications and the award of the 4th Shaolin Cultural Festival organization.

Dr. Ding made a full update on the progress and development of the Association for the period 2012-2014, presented the financial statement and read the applications for new members. Following the vote of the founding members, new members – but one, were accepted, it was decided that the period of events will be every second year, while the next organizer was not decided and will be discussed in the near future, after consideration of France and Spain applications.



The President of the Association, Venerable Shi Yongxin, warmly welcomed the new members saying that the spread of Shaolin Culture now has very strong foundations and has begun to spread throughout the world. He declaired the end of the meeting which was followed by the traditional photo of the Shaolin Europe Association Administration and Members.
