A friendship, representation and cooperation agreement between the Hellenic Shaolin Cultural Center and the State People's Martial Arts Academy of Luoyang, Department of Shaolin Arts, was drafted and signed on Friday, July 24, 2015, by the Director and founder of EPOS, Master Shi Yan Zhuo [chin.: shìyánzhuō 释延卓] - Stavridis Jordan and the Chairman of the Board of the Luoyang Academy, Mister Chen Zeng Wei.

With this friendship, representation and cooperation agreement, EPOS takes over the Official Representation of the Luoyang State Academy of Martial Arts in Greece. The context of this agreement provides the creation of a Standing Cooperation Commitee between the two bodies, that will be headed by the Presidents of both Institutions, and its role will be the planning and monitoring of their cooperation in Greece and China.

After the signing of the agreement, Master Shi Yan Zhuo, the man who brought the Shaolin culture in Greece said:

"Today, we take a further step towards the consolidation of a safety and security climate for our male and female students. I thank all my colleagues,as well as the Board of EPOS for their support in the struggle for the realization of this dream. All of us are entitled to be proud and vindicated, since this ensures a better, more effective and lasting teaching of Shaolin Arts, and the Recognized Certification by one of the largest government organizations of Chinese Martial Arts for each male and female Student of the Hellenic Shaolin Cultural Center, as well as for every Greek who is interested in studying the arts under Shaolin Culture and beyond. The agreement was completed in the light of the expressed will of both Mr. Chen Zeng Wei, and my own personally, to strengthen the relations between Greece and China, and to seek a joint development, application and implementation of training-educational and cultural programs. To achieve the best results will be used, in mutual benefit, facilities, infrastructure, equipment, instruments, experience and know-how that both EPOS and the People's State Academy of Martial Arts of Luoyang possess. "

In turn, Mister Chen Zeng Wei said:

"We are delighted to sign a friendship, representation and cooperation agreement, through which we aspire, joining forces with the Hellenic Shaolin Cultural Center and especially the remarkable Master Shi Yan Zhuo, who is the first non-Chinese who graduated from the Department of Shaolin Martial Arts, in the State People's Academy of Martial Arts of Luoyang and holds since 2002 the honorary position of Director in the Committee of People's Office for Culture and Sport of Honan province [State Certification no. 03036/2002], to upgrade substantially the relationship between Greek and Chinese in terms not only of the Shaolin arts, but also the Chinese and Greek culture and civilization. EPOS by signing this, officially represents exclusively the State People's Academy of Martial Arts of Luoyang in Greece, thus laying a solid foundation for cooperation in a special sector, that many have taken advantage and have used in the past without any validity. "

The between the two bodies cooperation and solidarity action, fully ensures the validity and recognition of knowledge for male and famale EPOS Students and Masters.
