IEK Pasteur in collaboration with the Greek Shaolin Cultural Organization, invites you to an interactive experiential workshop on the art of Shaolin Rou Quan, the precursor of widespread Taiji, and Chi Gong. The Seminar "ancient arts in modern restoration" will be held in the Lecture Hall of the IEK Pasteur, on Tsimiski 131 & Ethnikis Aminas 9 in Thessaloniki.
A few words on the seminar topics:
Shaolin Rou Quan refers to loose series of simple sequential movements, that have as a primary concern the strengthening the body and the cleaning of Mind and Heart.
This is the most popular proposed supplementary exercise nowadays, by global health organizations with documented studies for improvement in:
cognition, hyperactivity, sleep quality, circulatory, respiratory, arthritis, Parkinson's, dementia, chronic pain, rehabilitation, emotion, blood pressure, osteoporosis, memory, balance, immune system, stress-anxiety, concentration difficulty , muscle strength, well-being, disabled, etc.
