Master Shi Yan Zhuo [Chin.: shì yán zhuō 释延卓] is widely recognized for his exceptional skills and accomplishments in the field of martial arts. Master Shi Yan Zhuo is a 34th generation Shaolin warrior monk [Chin.: 是第34代少林 武僧], solemn inheritor of Shaolin Shisan Zhua Shaolin Gongfa [Chin Shàolín shísān zhuā gōng fǎ 少林十三 抓功法]] and has been practicing martial arts since the age of eight. He has trained in various traditional styles of Kung Fu, such as the Shaolin Five Animals, Shaolin Tongbeiquan, and Shaolin Staff, following his Shaolin Master Shi Yong Po [Chin.: Shì yǒng pō 释永坡 | 1926 - 2018] and Master Zhu Zhan Di [Chin.: zhū zhāngdí 朱璋迪 | 1898 – 1982]. He has also studied Buddhist philosophy and meditation, with Master Shi Hai fa [Chin.: shì hǎi fǎ 释海法 | 1921 - 1997] of White Horse Temple in Luoyang; and study medical qigong under Shaolin Master Shi Yong Hai [Chin.: shìyǒnghǎi 释永海 | 1952 - /].
